Frederick Aicken

Frederick Aicken taught science for nearly forty years. As a research fellow with the Independent Broadcasting Authority in England, he investigated television's role in introducing science to primary children. His other books include Galileo: The First Modern Scientist and Newton: Architect of the Scientific Society. He lives in England where is also an occasional playwright for radio and television and a full-time grandfather.
